Organic Pest Management Solutions, an established pest-management company with more than 20 years of industry experience, is looking for the right person to help launch, manage, and grow our Delaware operation.

We are primarily looking for a business-minded individual with pest-control industry knowledge, management ability, sales ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You do not need to be a full-time pest-control technician.

Some field or technician experience is helpful, but this opportunity is primarily about building and managing a recurring-revenue pest-control business.

Pest-control industry

Mosquito and tick control
Business management
Sales and customer acquisition
Managing technicians and service routes
Recruiting and training employees
Operations

Commercial account development
Building recurring-revenue service businesses

We are looking for someone who can think like an owner, make decisions, manage people, develop relationships, and help us build a substantial Delaware operation.

DELAWARE LICENSING

Current Delaware pesticide certification is a major advantage.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

Category 5C – Mosquito Control

Category 7A – General Pest Control
Category 7B – Wood Destroying Pest Control is a major plus
Additional pesticide categories are also valuable

We want someone who understands Delaware pesticide regulations and can help ensure that the operation is properly licensed and compliant.

THIS IS NOT JUST A TECHNICIAN JOB

We are looking for a businessperson first.

You do not need to spend every day spraying properties.

The ideal person will ultimately focus on:

Growing revenue

Managing technicians
Building route density
Customer acquisition
Commercial sales
Customer retention
Recruiting
Operations
Local partnerships
Developing new Delaware territories
HELP BUILD THE DELAWARE MARKET

The right person will have the opportunity to help make decisions involving:

Territory development

Hiring and managing technicians
Route development
Commercial account acquisition
Residential customer growth
Local marketing
Vehicles and equipment
Branch operations
Customer retention
Expansion into additional Delaware markets

Existing relationships with HOAs, property managers, landscapers, builders, commercial properties, municipalities, country clubs, or high-end residential communities are a major plus.

We are especially interested in someone who has previously helped start, manage, or grow a pest-control or recurring-revenue service business.

POTENTIAL EQUITY / OWNERSHIP
