OWN AND BUILD YOUR OWN PEST-CONTROL BUSINESS

Organic Pest Management Solutions (OPMS), an established
pest-management company with more than 20 years of industry
experience, is expanding into Delaware and seeking qualified franchise
owners.

This is not an employment opportunity or a license-rental arrangement.
This is an opportunity to own and operate an OPMS franchise in an
exclusive Delaware territory, subject to the terms of the franchise
agreement.

OPMS provides the brand, operating systems, training, marketing
support, technology, and industry experience. You bring the
leadership, local market knowledge, and commitment to build a
substantial recurring-revenue business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An OPMS franchise may offer multiple revenue streams, including:

  • Mosquito and tick-control programs
  • General household pest control
  • Rodent-control services
  • Termite and wood-destroying insect services, where properly licensed
  • Commercial pest-management accounts
  • HOA and property-management contracts
  • Services for landscapers, builders, country clubs, municipalities,
and high-end residential communities
• Additional approved pest-management and property-care services

The business model is designed around seasonal and recurring service
agreements that can produce repeat customers, predictable routes, and
long-term customer value.

WHAT OPMS PROVIDES

Qualified franchise owners receive access to:

  • An established brand with more than 20 years of experience
  • A protected operating territory
  • Initial business and operational training
  • Pest-management service protocols
  • Sales training and customer-acquisition systems
  • Marketing guidance and approved advertising materials
  • Website and digital-marketing support
  • Customer-management and scheduling technology
  • Pricing and service-program guidance
  • Equipment and vehicle recommendations
  • Technician recruiting and training systems
  • Administrative and customer-service support
  • Guidance on building efficient, profitable routes
  • Commercial-account development strategies
  • Continuing operational and growth support
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal franchise owner is:

  • Business-minded and entrepreneurial
  • Motivated to build a valuable long-term business
  • Comfortable managing employees and service operations
  • Capable of developing residential and commercial customers
  • Focused on customer service and retention
  • Financially qualified to launch and operate the territory
  • Willing to follow OPMS standards and operating systems
  • Prepared to comply with all Delaware licensing and regulatory requirements
Pest-control experience is valuable but is not necessarily required
for the franchise owner. However, every territory must have the
properly licensed and certified personnel required by Delaware law
before performing regulated services.

DELAWARE LICENSING

Current Delaware pesticide certification is a significant advantage,
particularly:

  • Category 5C – Mosquito Control
  • Category 7A – General Pest Control
  • Category 7B – Wood-Destroying Pest Control
Additional pesticide certifications, industry relationships, and
regulatory experience may also be valuable.

We are not seeking anyone merely to lend or rent a pesticide license.
The franchise must be properly operated, supervised, licensed,
insured, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

EXISTING PEST-CONTROL BUSINESS OWNERS

Owners of an existing Delaware pest-control company, mosquito-and-tick
business, service route, or recurring customer portfolio are
encouraged to contact us confidentially.

Depending on the circumstances, OPMS may consider opportunities involving:

  • Converting an existing company into an OPMS franchise
  • Transitioning existing customers into an OPMS territory
  • Incorporating existing technicians, vehicles, and equipment
  • Expanding an established route through OPMS marketing and operating systems
  • Discussing a possible acquisition or other negotiated business
arrangement separately from the franchise offering

AVAILABLE DELAWARE TERRITORIES

Potential territories include:

  • Wilmington and Northern Delaware
  • Newark and surrounding communities
  • Middletown and Central Delaware
  • Dover and Kent County
  • Rehoboth
