Delivery & Support Technician

The Delivery & Support Technician is responsible for performing timely and safe deliveries of windows, doors, and related products to job sites and customers. In addition to delivery duties, this role provides hands-on support to the installation, service, and production teams during downtime, assisting with material handling, jobsite prep, and basic installation or service tasks as needed.
This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring that all work is performed efficiently, accurately, and safely, while consistently delivering a 5-star customer experience.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Thorough knowledge of window and door installations, carpentry, and general construction practices.
3. Strong mechanical aptitude.
4. Acceptable DMV record.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and walk on uneven surfaces.
6. Demonstrated ability to use computers and company software programs.
7. Physical ability to repetitively use a computer keyboard and 10-key keypad.
8. Ability to speak, write, and communicate effectively in English.
