We are looking for an experienced and dependable Demolition Crew Foreman to lead demolition crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands demolition operations, can manage a crew in the field, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct demolition crews on active job sites
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
• Ensure demolition work is performed safely and efficiently
• Read and understand project plans, scopes of work, and site requirements
• Identify potential hazards and enforce proper safety procedures
• Coordinate equipment, materials, debris removal, and job-site logistics
• Operate and oversee the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and demolition equipment
• Monitor project progress and communicate issues to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Train and mentor laborers and crew members
• Conduct daily job-site safety meetings as required
• Ensure work meets company quality standards and project specifications
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and other trades when required

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demolition or construction experience preferred
• Previous crew-lead or foreman experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of demolition methods, tools, equipment, and job-site safety
• Ability to read plans, scopes, and work instructions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to make sound decisions in the field
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• OSHA safety knowledge preferred
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license is a MUST
