**HIRING: Demolition & Restoration Technician / Helper**
**Carolina Water Damage Restoration — Raleigh & Surrounding Areas**

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person to assist our lead technician with demolition, floor removal, water damage mitigation, and general labor.

Construction or restoration experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in someone who shows up on time, takes direction, and wants to learn.

**What you’ll do:**

• Remove flooring, drywall, insulation, baseboards, and other damaged materials.
• Help with water extraction and setting up drying equipment.
• Set up dust containment and protect customers’ homes.
• Load debris, move materials, and keep jobsites clean.
• Assist with tools, equipment, and other daily job needs.

**Requirements:**

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to handle physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in crawlspaces when needed.
• A good attitude, attention to safety, and respect for customers’ homes.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a crew.

Experience with hand tools, power tools, demolition, flooring removal, or water damage restoration is helpful.
