Fast Repair in Sacramento is hiring a device repair technician.

We repair iPhones, iPads, Samsung phones, laptops, MacBooks, PlayStation, Xbox, charging ports, screens, batteries, HDMI ports, liquid damage, data-related issues, and more.

We are looking for someone reliable, honest, organized, and good with customers. This position requires repair skill, clean workmanship, customer communication, and the ability to follow shop procedures.

Job duties:

• Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, computers, and game consoles
• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, back glass, and other parts
• Keep screws, parts, and customer devices organized
• Take notes and document repairs in our system
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff
• Protect customer privacy and customer data
• Follow shop procedures, checklists, and quality control steps

Requirements:

• Device repair experience preferred
• Must be reliable and organized
• Must be comfortable talking to customers
• Must respect customer privacy
• Must be able to follow repair procedures
• Weekend availability is preferred
• No private side deals with shop customers
