Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics/Technicians to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel and gasoline-powered trucks, including tractors, straight trucks, and other commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on diesel and gasoline trucks, including tractors and straight box trucks
• Complete routine maintenance and diagnostics on engines, chassis, driveline, and body components
• Service and repair hydraulic systems, brake systems, electrical systems, and A/C systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, oil changes, and general service work
• Repair and maintain suspensions, transmissions, and clutches
• Work on wheels and tires as needed
• Accurately complete work orders and documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of diesel mechanic experience (Required)
• Valid CDL or ability to obtain CDL (Preferred)
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school with 2+ years of experience

o OR 3+ years of relevant experience without diploma/GED

• Must pass DOT drug test, criminal background check, and DMV check
• Must have own tools
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Trade or mechanical certifications
• Electronic diagnostics certification
• ASE certifications
• Brake & Annual Inspection certification

• Large, organized shop and yard environment
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs
