DIESEL MECHANIC – SEMI TRUCKS & TRAILERS

We are looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team and handle maintenance and repairs on our fleet of semi trucks and trailers.

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks
Strong experience with Detroit Diesel engines
Strong experience with Cummins engines
Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engine issues
Experience with electrical and computer diagnostics
Knowledge of air brake systems, suspension, steering, and drivetrain components
Experience with semi-trailer repairs and maintenance
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Must have your own basic tools
CDL is a plus, but not required
Must have a strong work ethic and reliable attendance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose and repair semi trucks and trailers

Perform routine preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot engine, electrical, and mechanical issues
Perform brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain repairs
Conduct DOT-related inspections and repairs
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance
Help keep the fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready
