Diesel Mechanic — Small Roll-Off Fleet

It’s Got To Go is looking for an experienced diesel mechanic to keep our Omaha dumpster fleet reliable and on the road.

We operate six roll-off trucks—four single-axle and two tandem-axle—plus approximately 215 dumpsters. This is a hands-on position with real responsibility and the freedom to solve problems without layers of management.

The work includes:

• Diesel diagnostics and repair
• Preventive maintenance and DOT readiness
• Air brakes, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Roll-off hoists and related equipment
• Troubleshooting breakdowns and reducing downtime
• Maintaining service records and parts inventory

We’re looking for someone dependable, organized and experienced—someone who takes ownership of the fleet rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Full-time position. Competitive pay based on experience and capability. CDL is helpful but not required.
