- Technician In Charge Positions Pay Each Week
- Hourly Pay: $41.50 per hour
- Certificion Bonus of $100 for each New ASE Certificion Obtained up to $700
- Quarterly Bonus: Ryder Pays you up to $500 Every Quarter - Four Times Per Year
- Sign On Bonus: Ryder Pays You $2500 30 days and $2500 90 days
- Tool Box/Tool Allowance
- Schedule: Monday–Friday Weekends OFF
- Hours: First Shift 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocional or Technical Certificion Post Secondary degree or Technical Certificions, preferred
- Basic tools, required
- Demonstred aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including:
- Routine preventive maintenance, which should include oil changes, brake and tire work
- Diagnostics and repairs, including AC, electrical systems
- Advanced skilled level repairs to include some major engine repairs, diesel after trement or automotive fuel injection repairs, required
- Four (4) years or more Relevant work experience, preferred
- Must be able to read codes and instructions on the computer
- Must have computer experience in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, internet and other reled
- Must have minimum tool requirement
- Maintenance computerized programs in order to cree reports or communice with customers, vendors and company representives
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocional or Technical Certificion Post Secondary degree or Technical Certificions, preferred
- Demonstred aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including:
- Routine preventive maintenance, which should include oil changes, brake and tire work
- Diagnostics and repairs, including AC, electrical systems
- Advanced skilled level repairs to include some major engine repairs, diesel after trement or automotive fuel injection repairs, required
- Four (4) years or more Relevant work experience, preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A,preferred
- All other certificion as required by locion, required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and the ability to meet Ryder's driving qualificions
- Must meet minimum Tech II up to Tech IV qualificions plus a minimum of 6 months supervisory or training experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including shift work, weekends, holidays and on-call rotions for roadside assistance
- Must be proficient in SMO, SBT, payroll system, warranty recovery and employee handbook
- Must have a thorough understanding of Unit utilizion procedure
