What are we looking for and what are the benefits?
We are looking to hire a heavy-duty diesel (Class 8) technician, to work in our clean, indoor shop in Los Angeles, CA. We operate 2016 - 2026 Peterbilt, KW, Freightliners & Volvo petroleum tanker trucks. This position is a day shift schedule with rotating weekends on call.
The applicant must possess a valid license with a good driving record and own the required tools to perform the needed repairs. You must be capable of diagnosing and repairing engines (Cummins and Volvo training/experience), power trains, chassis, suspension and brakes, electrical and AC systems, and occasional tire work. Of course, having tank experience is a plus, and having your CDL with hazmat & tanker endorsements pays more.

Schedule
- 10-12 hour shifts (Minimum 50 hours)
- Shifts available: Sunday- Thursday with Friday and Saturday off; or Monday-Friday with Saturday and Sunday off.
The capability to diagnose and repair diesel engines, chassis, suspension and brakes, electrical, AC systems, Bit inspections, and tank experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.75 - $36.84 per hour
