INDEPENDENT DIESEL MECHANIC WANTED – BRING YOUR TOOLS, RUN YOUR OWN BUSINESS, AND STAY BUSY!

Are you a good mechanic looking for a place to run your own operation while having access to a steady stream of work? I’m looking for a reliable, hardworking mechanic to rent a single-bay shop in West Odessa, TX.

This is NOT a W-2 employment opportunity with US Frac. You will be operating your own independent mechanic business out of my shop.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are a rapidly growing logistics company operating semi trucks and trailers, and we’re looking for a solid mechanic who wants to build his own business while benefiting from consistent work.

Here’s what I’m offering:

Single-bay shop available for rent: $999/week.

Consistent work available: I’ll have plenty of maintenance and repair work on my company-owned semi trucks and trailers.
Access to additional customers: We have a large network of owner-operators who need reliable mechanics to keep their trucks on the road.
Flexible rental arrangement: I’m willing to negotiate your monthly shop rent in exchange for the maintenance and repair work you perform on my trucks.
Independent operation: You run your own business, work for your own customers, and bring your own tools.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

I’m looking for someone who:

Is an experienced, dependable mechanic, preferably with heavy-duty diesel and semi-truck experience.
Has their own tools and equipment.
Has a truck capable of handling service calls when needed.
Is willing to work hard and take pride in their work.
Is honest, trustworthy, and serious about making money.

Being able to provide roadside service and service calls for our drivers would be a huge plus.

RELOCATION & HOUSING

If you’re coming from out of town, I may be able to help.

I’m planning to add a fully equipped man camp on the property by the end of this year, with housing expected to become available soon. You’re also welcome to park an RV or camper on the property if you need a place to stay.
