Diesel Technician / Heavy Truck Mechanic – Tool Owner

Rocklin Auto Center is looking for a qualified diesel technician to join our busy independent shop. We work on diesel pickup trucks, medium duty trucks, and semi trucks, along with diagnostics, suspension, tires, and drivetrain repairs.

We also buy and sell used semi trucks, so there is steady work inspecting, servicing, and preparing trucks for resale.

What You'll Work On

Diesel pickup trucks (Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke)
Semi trucks and medium-duty trucks
Diagnostics and troubleshooting
Suspension, steering, brakes, and drivetrain
Pre-sale inspections and mechanical repairs on trucks we sell
Requirements
3+ years diesel mechanic experience
Own tools required
Strong diagnostic ability
Experience with heavy trucks or semis a plus
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and efficiently
