Diesel Tractor, Trailer Fleet Mechanic-Technician - Waunakee

Hourly (based on experience/qualifications)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safety checks on vehicles
• Truck engine maintenance; lube, oil, and filter
• Tire inspections and repairs
• Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on our vehicles and trailers.
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns; company service truck provided.
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
• Reviews and complete repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area
