If you know your way around a semi, can diagnose a problem without throwing parts at it, and take pride in getting trucks fixed right the first time, we want to meet you.
We’re a busy, established, family-owned truck repair shop specializing in fleet maintenance, heavy-duty truck repair, and commercial trailers — and we’re looking for experienced Fleet Diesel Truck Mechanics to join our crew.
This is not a shop where you’ll spend half your day waiting for something to do. We have trucks to fix, equipment to maintain, and a steady workload.

🔩 WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
No two days are exactly the same. You’ll get your hands on real heavy-duty equipment and tackle everything from routine maintenance to troubleshooting tough problems.
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks, primarily Freightliners with Detroit Diesel engines
- Perform heavy-duty wheel alignments and tire balancing
- Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
- Diagnose and repair diesel emissions and aftertreatment systems
- Troubleshoot and repair air brake systems
- Service and repair R-134a HVAC systems
- Diagnose 12V electrical and hydraulic systems
- Maintain and repair commercial trailers
- Use professional diagnostic software and electronic troubleshooting equipment
- Test drive trucks to make sure the repair is actually fixed
- Complete accurate repair orders, inspections, and service documentation
- Work with management and dispatch to keep jobs moving through the shop

🧰 WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
We’re looking for experienced technicians, not someone who needs to be taught which end of the wrench to hold.
- Previous heavy-duty diesel truck, semi, and/or trailer repair experience
- Your own professional mechanic tools
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Experience working with major heavy-duty truck systems
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and safely handle the physical demands of the job
- Basic computer and diagnostic software skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability
- Good communication skills

We run a busy, high-volume professional shop, and there is always something that needs to be diagnosed, repaired, inspected, aligned, balanced, or put back on the road.
Most work is performed right here in our shop, with occasional local field repairs using a company-provided service truck.
