Pay range is $40 to $65 dollars an hour depending on experience and productivity.
$40 an hour is a mechanic with 4+ years working on equipment and or trucks that can consistently bill at least 70% of their hours, upsell work and be a legitimate part of our team.
$65 an hour at our shop needs to be an A-team player.this pay range is for a mechanic that consistently bills 80% + of their hours, knows how to get the job done no matter what and probably is willing to do bush work and has a CDL.
We work in our wasilla shop, have service trucks and also do bush work in rural Alaska and service truck and bush jobs pay more than your base rate.
We offer sick pay, paid holidays, PTO and a basic 401k with company match.

We work on all makes and models / equipment, and trucks- no garbage trucks, poo pumpers, personal water craft, RV’s and no personal autos.
