Digital Press Operator — Heidelberg Versafire (Second Shift)

REDBiRD/Bison Disc is a full-service printing and packaging manufacturer with over twenty years producing custom printed packaging. Our production facility is at 3479 West Washington Street, Orlando, FL 32805.

We're looking for an experienced press operator to run our Heidelberg Versafire digital press. This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced print and packaging environment.

What you'll do:

• Set up and run jobs on the Versafire independently: media loading, color and registration checks, quality control
• Monitor output for consistency, catch defects early, keep production on schedule
• Perform basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and press cleaning
• Coordinate with prepress and production to move jobs through efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and keep the press area clean and organized

What we're looking for:

• Proven, hands-on experience operating a Heidelberg Versafire — this is required, not preferred
• Strong grasp of color management, registration, and print quality standards
• Ability to read job tickets and work to specs with minimal supervision
• Mechanical aptitude for maintenance and problem-solving
• Dependable, punctual, comfortable standing for a full shift

Second shift, starting at 3:00 PM. Full-time. Pay range: based on experience.
