What You'll Do

Once a project is sold, you'll take the lead on making it happen.

You'll coordinate projects from start to finish by working with our clients, vendors, installers, and internal team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple commercial projects at once
  • Ordering materials and working with vendors
  • Scheduling fabrication and installations
  • Coordinating travel and logistics for installation crews
  • Keeping projects on schedule and within budget
  • Communicating with architects, designers, contractors, and clients
  • Creating and improving internal systems and processes
  • Managing project documentation and CRM records
  • Identifying problems before they become emergencies
  • Must have own vehicle as the role will often require running errands
Our goal is simple:

Build internal systems and processes that allow the company to grow without everything depending on the founder. The person in this role will need to be a self-starter and have a strong sense of taking ownership.

What We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you've worked as a:

  • Director of Operations
  • Operations Manager
  • Construction Project Manager
  • Production Manager
  • Commercial Project Coordinator
  • Construction Administrator
  • General Contractor Project Manager
Experience with commercial construction, fabrication, manufacturing, architectural products, millwork, or specialty finishes is a huge plus.

The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here

You:

  • Love organizing complicated projects
  • Stay calm when things get busy
  • Naturally take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
  • Communicate clearly with clients and vendors
  • Notice problems before other people do
  • Enjoy improving systems and processes
  • Like making decisions
  • Follow through on commitments
  • Care about doing quality work

This Probably Isn't For You If...

  • You need someone telling you what to do every day.
  • You avoid difficult conversations.
  • Deadlines regularly sneak up on you.
  • You struggle with organization.
  • You'd rather report problems than solve them.
