Open Positions Disaster Restoration Roles (Laborer, Technician, Supervisor, Superintendent) & Local Compensation Ranges (Falmouth / Greater Portland Area)

1. Restoration Laborer ($18.00 – $20.00 / hour)

• Entry-level role; no prior disaster restoration experience required.
• Assists with demolition, water extraction, hauling debris, setting up equipment, and site cleanup.
• Must be eager to learn, dependable, and physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.

2. Restoration Technician ($20.00 – $25.00 / hour)

• Hands-on role managing water mitigation, mold remediation, fire/smoke cleanup, and contents handling.
• Operates specialized restoration equipment (dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, moisture meters).
• Preferred: IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT) or previous mitigation/construction experience.

3. Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief ($25.00 – $30.00 / hour)

• On-site leader overseeing field crews and managing job-site safety and quality control.
• Communicates directly with property owners, adjusters, and project managers.
• Ensures accurate job documentation, equipment tracking, and compliance with insurance TPA guidelines.

4. Reconstruction Superintendent / Project Superintendent ($25 – $40 / hour)

• Senior field operations leader managing large-scale, complex residential and commercial restoration projects.
• Schedules subcontractors, manages field budgets, enforces safety compliance, and directs overall workflow from emergency response through rebuild.
• Requires multi-year leadership experience in disaster restoration or commercial construction management.

Position Requirements
Driving: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check upon offer acceptance.
Drug Screening: Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
Lifting: Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs+, and regularly lift 25lbs

Mindset & Work Ethic: Strong team player, adaptable to changing schedules/emergencies, and open to taking on new challenges daily.
