Door installation hand

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Door Installation Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on position supporting our lead installers with residential and commercial door installation projects. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the trades, learn a valuable skill, and work as part of a dependable crew.

Responsibilities

Assist lead installer with measuring, prepping, and installing interior and exterior doors, frames, and hardware
Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job (though you will always be on the same job all day)
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the workday
Help with removal of old door frame.
Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
Follow all safety procedures and site protocols
Communicate clearly with crew leads and other team members
Perform other general labor duties as needed

Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs regularly throughout the day
Reliable transportation to and from job sites required
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions
Punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours
Willingness to learn and take direction from lead installers
Basic familiarity with hand tools is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
