ROLE OVERVIEW

Employment Type: Full-time, W-2
Compensation: Piece rate — experienced production installers typically earn $25–$60/hr equivalent, depending on speed and volume. Paid bi-weekly.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (40 hours/week), with some overtime and occasional Saturday work as required
Location: New construction across the North Bay — Fairfield, Vallejo, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, Windsor, Martinez and surrounding areas

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Install exterior door units of various sizes and styles

Install interior swing doors, closet doors, barn doors, and bifold barn door systems with applicable hardware
Install casing for both interior and exterior doors
Inspect and verify the condition of units and prepare them for installation
Measure projects accurately using company technology
Mentor and train team members as needed
Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout each project

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, or door installation
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy door units
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
A professional, self-starting attitude with a commitment to reliability
Flexibility to adjust schedules to meet customer needs
