Door Knockers / Appointment Setters — $150 Day + 3% Commission

COMPENSATION: $150 per shift + 3% commission

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: part-time / full-time

Exterior home improvement contractor hiring 10-12 canvassers.

WHAT YOU DO

Knock residential doors and book free exterior inspections. You do not sell. You do not quote prices. A salesperson runs the appointment. You have a 30-second conversation and set the time.

PAY

• $150 per shift, guaranteed, paid whether you book or not
• 3% of every job that closes from your appointment (typical range $400-900 per closed job)
• Paid weekly

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday 5:00pm-8:30pm
• Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm
• Choose your days. Minimum 3 shifts per week.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Full sales training from day one
• Script, materials, and two shifts with an experienced canvasser before you go solo
• Promotion path to closer. Every salesperson we have started by knocking.

REQUIREMENTS

• 18 or older
• Conversational English
• Reliable attendance (this is the whole job)
• Transportation helpful, we carpool to outlying areas

No experience necessary. Construction knowledge not required.

Honest note: most doors do not open and some people are rude. If that does not bother you, the pay is solid and your daytime hours stay free.
