Door & Millwork Shop

Destination Doors is looking for a dependable, hardworking employee to join our door and millwork shop. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, pays attention to detail, and works well with a team.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with door preparation, assembly, and millwork production.

Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to work orders.

Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely.

Receive incoming products, unload deliveries, and verify quantities against packing slips.

Inspect incoming doors, millwork, and materials for damage and report shortages or discrepancies.

Label, organize, and store received products in designated locations.

Operate a forklift to unload, load, and move products safely.

Check finished products for accuracy and quality.

Prepare orders and assist with loading outgoing deliveries.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Forklift experience.

Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow instructions.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Comfortable with hands-on work and moving doors and materials.

Door shop, woodworking, carpentry, millwork, or warehouse receiving experience preferred.

Hours, Pay & Benefits

Hours: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
