I’m looking for an experienced architectural drafter, architectural student/graduate, interior designer, or similar professional to **come to my approximately 3,000 sq. ft. SoHo apartment, take complete measurements, and create an accurate existing-conditions floor plan** for an upcoming renovation.

This is **not** a request for construction work or a renovation estimate. I need someone specifically experienced in **field measuring existing apartments and producing accurate professional floor plans.

WHAT I NEED

You will measure the entire apartment, including:

• Overall apartment and individual room dimensions
• Walls and wall thicknesses where possible
• Doors and openings
• Windows and their locations
• Columns and architectural/structural projections
• Closets and built-ins
• Kitchen and bathroom layouts
• Ceiling heights
• Other fixed elements relevant to a renovation

### FINAL DELIVERABLE

I want a **complete digital master floor plan of the entire apartment** that I can keep, upload into design/AI programs, and provide to architects, designers and contractors.

Please provide:

• **Dimensioned PDF floor plan**
• **Clean PDF floor plan**
• **Editable DWG/CAD file**
• Room names and dimensions
• Doors, windows, walls, closets, columns and fixed architectural elements
• Drawing scale
• Ceiling heights and major relevant measurements

I need to **own and keep the digital files** for my future renovation and design work.
