NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED FINISH GRADE DOZER OPERATOR

Trimble GPS Machine Control

Location: Memphis / Cordova, TN

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
Employment: Full-Time | Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced, reliable bulldozer operator for grading, earthmoving, and site development projects.

Our dozers are being equipped with Trimble GPS machine control systems, and we are looking for an operator who is willing to embrace modern grading technology.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating bulldozers on construction and site development projects.

Strong understanding of rough grading, finish grading, cut-and-fill operations, drainage slopes, and elevations.

Ability to read site grading plans and construction drawings.

Experience with Trimble GPS machine control is preferred but not mandatory.

Willingness to learn and operate GPS-enabled equipment is essential.

Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.

Dependable, hardworking, and responsible with equipment.

Experienced operators only. This is not a trainee position.
