DRIVER / INSTALLER / TECHNICIAN-IN-TRAINING $25-$30/hour

This is NOT a "just drive the truck" job. If you only want to sit behind the wheel and go home, please don't apply. We're looking for someone who wants to drive AND become a skilled technician who installs, assembles, and services commercial and residential fitness equipment. You'll be on the road and turning wrenches — both, every day.

PAY

• $25–$30/hr to start, based on experience
• On the job training

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive a 26-foot straight truck delivering gym equipment across New England (NH, MA, ME, RI, VT, parts of CT), with occasional overnights
• Load, unload, install, assemble, and disassemble equipment on site
• Deliver top-tier customer service — you're the face of our company

NON-NEGOTIABLES — only apply if ALL of these are true:

• TIMELINESS. Trucks roll out early, some days as early as 4:30-5:00 AM. On time, every time, is the bare minimum. Chronic lateness is not tolerated, period.
• Clean and INSURABLE driving record (must be approvable by our carrier)
• No DWI / DUI convictions
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check
• DOT Medical Card, or able to obtain one
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand tools
• Able to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs
• Willing to supply your own basic hand tools (list provided)

SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday, start between 4:30–5:00 AM, typical end 4:00–5:00 PM (sometimes later)
• Average 40–60 hours/week, in-person, full-time
• Overtime available
• Paid time off
