Duties

Operate pressing machines and garment care equipment to achieve crisp, wrinkle-free finishes on a variety of fabrics.
Handle garments with care, including heavy lifting and manual handling, to prevent damage during processing.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and surrounding areas using appropriate cleaning detergents.
Process garments efficiently while adhering to quality standards, ensuring timely completion of pressing tasks.
Assist with laundry services when needed, including sorting, folding, and preparing items for delivery or pickup.
Support customer service efforts by providing friendly assistance and ensuring garments are pressed to customer specifications.
Follow safety protocols related to press operation and garment handling to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications

Previous dry cleaning production experience in pressing shirts and or pants.
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly preferred, especially in garment finishing or laundry services.
Knowledge of fabric care, garment pressing techniques, and dry cleaning processes is essential.
Familiarity with pressing machines, garment care equipment, and laundry operations is required.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supporting customer service initiatives.
