You will travel to customer properties in a company vehicle to diagnose and repair dryer vent and fireplace systems. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Repair and replace 4" dryer vent duct systems
• Install dryer vent caps and terminations
• Repair fireplace refractory panels and components
• Diagnose airflow, ventilation, and fireplace issues
• Work safely on rooftops and ladders (including 32' ladder)
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined spaces
• Open sheetrock when necessary to access repairs
• Complete accurate service reports
• Provide professional, 'WOW'-level customer service
• Keep the company vehicle and job sites clean and organized

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Hands-on construction or remodeling experience — Background in residential construction, remodeling, drywall, framing, or general trades with ability to work inside existing structures.
• Mechanical aptitude & tool proficiency — Strong mechanical mindset; proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Physical capability — Able to safely carry and use a 32' ladder, work in attics/crawl spaces/on roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership experience — 3+ years proven ability to drive a team toward production goals with urgency and quality.
• Clean records — Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and clean background record required.
• Reliable transportation — Must travel daily to company vehicle pickup location.
• Verifiable references — Showing long tenure and leadership.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Dryer vent duct expertise — Installing, repairing, rerouting, and modifying 4" dryer vent ductwork for safe, code-compliant performance.
• Vent cap & ventilation skills — Skilled at inspecting, removing, and installing dryer vent caps and correcting airflow/fire hazard issues.
• Fireplace repair experience — Diagnosing and repairing fireplaces, including venting, refractory panels, and related systems.
• Air compressor experience — 1+ year preferred.
