DRYWALL FINISHER / BASIC PAINTING

**NOW HIRING – LEAD DRYWALL FINISHER / FOREMAN**

Lead Drywall Finisher / Foreman** to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is dependable.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum 10 years of drywall finishing experience.
• Able to perform Level 4 and Level 5 finishes.
• Expert at texture matching (orange peel, knockdown, hand textures, etc.).
• Experience with drywall hanging and basic framing is a plus.
• Basic painting experience (prep, primer, and finish painting).
• Ability to read plans and follow project specifications.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be reliable, organized, and punctual.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work Saturdays when needed.

**Lead Responsibilities:**

• Lead and supervise the crew on residential projects.
• Perform drywall finishing work alongside the crew.
• Ensure work meets quality standards.
• Plan daily tasks and keep projects on schedule.
• Match existing textures with high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
• Coordinate material deliveries and pickups.
• Complete material runs before the workday or after work when needed (no midday material runs unless approved).
• Communicate job progress and any issues with management.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
