Drywall Finisher - Start next week

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Drywall Finishers to join our On-Demand Staffing Team.

Duties:

• Finish drywall surfaces by applying joint compound (mud), tape, and texture to create smooth walls and ceilings that meet project specifications.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute drywall installation and finishing tasks.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, trimming, and repairing damaged drywall or plaster to ensure optimal adhesion and appearance.
• Utilize hand tools such as trowels, knives, sanders, and taping tools as well as power tools including drills and airless paint sprayers for efficient work.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drywall finishing
• Experienced with the safe operation of hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with metal stud framing, fixture installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, stucco application is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills in drywall texturing and plastering.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions effectively.

Details

• 1st shift
• Pay: $24 to $25 PH
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Term: Project - 2 to 3 weeks

Must have most of the following tools: Drywall knives, Mud pan, Drywall hawk, Corner trowel, Mixing paddle and drill, Pole sander, Sanding sponges and blocks, Flat boxes, Automatic taper (bazooka)
