Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Painter & Drywall Specialist who excels in both surface prep and final finishes. This role focuses on delivering high-quality interior and exterior paint work, along with drywall installation, repair, and finishing. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, efficient work and can operate independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting, including prep, priming, and finish coats. Excellent spray finish skills are essential
• Hang, tape, mud, sand, and repair drywall (sheetrock) to a smooth, paint-ready finish
• Match textures and blend repairs seamlessly with existing surfaces
• Protect surrounding areas and maintain clean job sites
• Inspect surfaces and address imperfections prior to painting
• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional painting and drywall (sheetrock) experience
• Strong skills in taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall
• Experience with residential repaint and remodel environments
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions
