Drywall Finishers/Acabadores De Drywall

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Taping, bedding, and coating drywall joints
• Corner bead, screw spotting, and patching
• Sanding and delivering a clean Level 4 finish ready for paint
• Punch-out and touch-up work as the units are turned over

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years finishing drywall on commercial or multifamily projects
• Able to produce a consistent Level 4 finish
• Own basic finishing tools (knives, hawk, pan, sanding pole)
• Reliable transportation to Hialeah / Miami-Dade
• Valid ID and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a background check where required by the site

SCHEDULE & DURATION

• Start: Thursday, August 13 — 6:30 AM arrival for site orientation
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Duration: approximately 1 week, with potential to roll onto additional DavinWorks projects

QUE VA A HACER

• Encintar, pegar y aplicar capas de masilla en juntas de drywall
• Esquineros, cubrir tornillos y reparaciones
• Lijar y entregar un acabado Nivel 4 parejo, listo para pintura
• Trabajo de repaso y retoque durante la entrega de unidades

REQUISITOS

• 2+ años haciendo acabado de drywall en proyectos comerciales o multifamiliares
• Capacidad de entregar acabado Nivel 4 consistente
• Herramienta basica de acabado (espatulas, halcon, bandeja, lijadora de extension)
• Transporte confiable hasta Hialeah / Miami-Dade
• Identificacion valida y autorizacion para trabajar en EE.UU.
• Debe poder pasar verificacion de antecedentes cuando la obra lo requiera

HORARIO Y DURACION

• Inicio: jueves 13 de agosto — llegada 6:30 AM para orientacion
• Horario: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, lunes a viernes
• Duracion: aproximadamente 1 semana, con posibilidad de pasar a otros proyectos
