Drywall Framers & Helpers/Enmarcadores de Drywall y Ayudantes

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Framers: layout and installation of metal stud walls, track, and headers
• Framers: reading plans, setting openings, and framing to layout
• Helpers: stocking and cutting material, cleanup, and supporting the framing crews
• Working safely alongside other trades on an active jobsite

REQUIREMENTS

• Framers: 2+ years metal stud framing on commercial or multifamily projects
• Helpers: no experience required — reliable, on time, willing to learn
• Own basic hand tools (framers)
• Reliable transportation to Delray Beach / Palm Beach County
• Valid ID and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a background check where required by the site

SCHEDULE & DURATION

• Start: Monday, August 24 — 6:30 AM arrival for site orientation
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Duration: approximately 4 months of steady work
• Overtime possible depending on schedule

WHAT WE OFFER

• Weekly pay, every Friday
• Pay based on experience — discussed at interview
• Independent Contractor position
• 4 months of steady work, plus additional South Florida projects after
• Bilingual field support — English and Spanish

QUE VA A HACER

• Enmarcadores: trazo e instalacion de paredes de metal stud, riel y cabezales
• Enmarcadores: leer planos, ubicar aberturas y enmarcar segun el trazo
• Ayudantes: abastecer y cortar material, limpieza y apoyo a las cuadrillas
• Trabajar de forma segura junto a otros oficios en obra activa

REQUISITOS

• Enmarcadores: 2+ años enmarcando metal stud en proyectos comerciales o multifamiliares
• Ayudantes: sin experiencia — responsable, puntual y con ganas de aprender
• Herramienta basica de mano (enmarcadores)
• Transporte confiable hasta Delray Beach / Palm Beach County
• Identificacion valida y autorizacion para trabajar en EE.UU.
• Debe poder pasar verificacion de antecedentes cuando la obra lo requiera

HORARIO Y DURACION

• Inicio: lunes 24 de agosto — llegada 6:30 AM para orientacion
• Horario: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, lunes a viernes
• Duracion: aproximadamente 4 meses de trabajo estable
• Posible tiempo extra segun el programa de obra
