We are hiring Sub-Contractor
1099 work
240 units New Apartments project work start around June 2026 and
we are line up the Sub-Contractor and it will be 10 month of Work

Project Located : Keene TX

Drywall Hanger (4-5 man per crew)
Scope of Work
install RC Channel at Ceiling only
Hang Average 90-140 sheets per unit install ( 4'x8 x5/8)
Clean up the trash
Must have a Multi family construction experience

Drywall Taper ( 5 man power per crew )

Scope of work
Pre-fill if need it
Taping
2 coats mud
fill Nail hole
Must use Bazookas and flat box's
Clean tub and window area's
