DRYWALL HANGER / TAPER FINISHER

Bartel Contracting is hiring experienced commercial drywall hangers and drywall finishers/tapers for full-time, year-round work throughout the Portland metro area.

We're looking for people who know their trade, show up ready to work, and take pride in getting quality work done efficiently.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

DRYWALL HANGER

Commercial drywall hanging experience preferred

Experience hanging walls and ceilings
Ability to read plans and layouts
Comfortable working from lifts, stilts, and scaffolding
Experience with 5/8" Type X and commercial drywall assemblies is a plus
Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality

DRYWALL TAPER / FINISHER

Commercial drywall finishing experience preferred

Experience with Level 4 and Level 5 finishes
Experience with speed tools (Bazookas, boxes)
Strong knowledge of taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
Ability to produce clean, consistent finishes
Experience with commercial projects and larger production work is a plus

PAY: $25-38/HR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE & SKILL

We're willing to pay top dollar for the right person. Highly experienced, productive journeymen/foreman can earn more.
