Basic Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation (work is at multiple locations) • Must speak English • Strong work ethic, dependable, honest • Comfortable sending short text/email updates
• Team-player attitude

Work Expectations: • On time, every day • Communicate clearly with crew leads about progress and material needs • Honest reporting — what got done and what didn’t • Able to work alone when needed • Problem-solving skills and responsibility on the job
Employment Eligibility: If hired, you must provide original, valid documents proving identity and authorization to work in the U.S., such as:

• A valid U.S. passport OR • A driver’s license or other approved photo ID PLUS a Social Security card or certified birth certificate
• Overtime and weekends when needed
