Drywall / painter / carpenter helper

I am a small contractor, I have over 35 years experience. I typically work in the southeast corner Cincinnati. I am located in Mount Washington. I do all types of home renovations such as interior and exterior painting, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, , plaster repair, I have a small company and usually keep one to two employees, I’m on the job every day doing most of the carpentry work. I pay weekly and hold back nothing. I need someone that ideally has a little bit of experience and a lot of things, but it's not necessary. I am looking for someone ASAP.
