Drywall Sander / Pre-Paint Finish - Hudson, NH $20-$25/hr | Full-Time

We're hiring drywall sanders to come in after the taping crews to prep walls and ceilings for prime and paint. You'll sand seams, joints, and patched areas to a smooth, paint-ready finish, inspect surfaces for imperfections (screw pops, ridges, bad joints), and touch up as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY

-- Sand drywall seams, corners, and field areas by hand and with electric power sanders
-- Inspect finished surfaces and mark/fix imperfections before primer
-- Spot-coat and touch up minor defects
-- Keep work areas clean and protect finished surfaces
-- Follow jobsite safety practices (dust control, PPE provided)
-- Broom clean jobsites and remove excess drywall compound from surfaces (leave site better than we found it)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-- Live within commuting distance of Hudson, NH
-- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
-- Able to stand, kneel, reach overhead for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
-- Comfortable on ladders/stilts and working in dusty conditions
-- Attention to detail - spot and fix imperfections before the painters arrive
-- Drywall, painting, or construction experience a plus; willing to train the right person

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS

-- $20-$25/hr based on experience
