Drywall Sub Wanted — Steady Remodel Work, Fast Pay with established GC

We're Parrish Construction Inc., a NARI award-winning design-build remodeling firm based in Carmichael (CSLB #1115328). We run a steady schedule of kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodels across the greater Sacramento area, and we're looking for a reliable drywall subcontractor to become our go-to for ongoing work.

**What the work looks like:**

• Small to medium scope: patches, single rooms, hang/tape/texture on remodel-sized areas — no tract housing or commercial work
• Texture matching is a must — a lot of our projects are older Sacramento homes (skip trowel, orange peel, hand textures)
• Occupied homes: dust containment, clean job sites, respectful of clients and their houses
• Working alongside our carpenters and other trades on a coordinated schedule
