HIRING: Venetian Plaster & Microcement Applicator
We’re looking to add another person to our team! No plaster experience is required — we’re willing to train the right person.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn a specialized high-end trade. Our projects include custom homes and remodels throughout the Phoenix area, working with Venetian plaster, microcement, lime-based finishes, and other specialty decorative coatings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Learn Venetian plaster, microcement, and specialty decorative finishes
- Surface preparation, masking, and jobsite protection
- Apply, finish, sand, burnish, and seal specialty finishes
- Work on walls, fireplaces, showers, ceilings, and other custom surfaces
- Work from ladders and scaffolding when needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized jobsite
- Travel to projects throughout the Valley, with occasional out-of-town work
- Dependable and shows up when scheduled
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Good with their hands and willing to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
- Able to perform physical construction work throughout the day
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Professional and respectful in clients’ homes
- Must currently live in the Phoenix/East Valley area
No Venetian plaster or microcement experience is required. Construction, drywall, painting, tile, stucco, concrete, or other finish-trade experience is a plus, but we care most about finding someone dependable, hardworking, and trainable.
SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday. Hours may vary depending on the project and location.
