Dump Truck Driver - Dirt, Rock and Excavation Equipment Hauling

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Dump Truck Driver to join our team hauling dirt, rock, gravel, other aggregates, and excavation machinery with a high level of competence experience doing maintenance on dump trucks and other construction machinery. This is a key role supporting local construction projects, road building, and site development. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tandem axle and/or tri-axle dump trucks to haul dirt, rock, sand, and aggregate materials
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DOT compliant)
• Load and unload materials at quarries, job sites, and customer locations
• Maintain accurate daily logs, weight tickets, and delivery records
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and DOT regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and customers
• Keep assigned truck clean and in proper working condition

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
• Current Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent dump truck or heavy haul experience preferred
• A high level of competence experience doing maintenance on dump trucks and other construction machinery.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from yard/shop
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
