We are hiring a highly skilled CDL Driver to haul aggregates, spoils, asphalt, and materials to active civil construction job sites.

We are looking for a versatile, professional driver who can drive a high-side truck & trailer, dump truck, and other combinations safely and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Operate dump trucks, tractor-trailers (48’ high-side), dump trucks, and related combinations.
Load, secure, chain, and unload equipment safely and correctly.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT standards.
Complete delivery tickets, logs, and required paperwork accurately.
Assist with loading/unloading materials including aggregate, spoils, and pipe.
Attach and remove trailers as required.
Maintain truck cleanliness and basic preventative maintenance awareness.
Communicate clearly with dispatch, superintendent, and foremen to maintain schedule.
Operate safely in tight residential and active commercial jobsite environments.

This position requires independent judgment, situational awareness, and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL (required).

Minimum 3 - 5 years experience driving commercial trucks.
Clean MVR meeting DOT standards.
Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
Experience in civil construction environments.
Basic mechanical knowledge.

Work Expectations

Must comply with all DOT, ADOT, OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Must wear required PPE on jobsites.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb in/out of equipment multiple times daily.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round.
