E-Bike Technician & Sales Associate – Full-Time

ELV Motors is hiring an E-Bike Technician & Sales Associate for our Santa Clara location. This position combines e-bike repair, assembly, sales, rentals, customer service, and daily store operations.

Previous bicycle or e-bike repair experience is preferred but not required. We place greater importance on attitude, reliability, dedication, and willingness to learn. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Perform safety inspections, maintenance, adjustments, and necessary repairs on electric bicycles
2. Service customers’ e-bikes, including basic tune-ups, adjustments, and advanced repairs
3. Assemble and inspect new e-bikes from different manufacturers
4. Diagnose issues and help customers resolve e-bike-related problems
5. Assist customers with test rides and ensure a safe and positive experience
6. Clearly explain repair findings and recommended solutions to customers

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
2. Handle in-store e-bike sales and rentals
3. Explain product features and recommend suitable e-bike models
4. Receive and inspect incoming shipments
5. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
6. Keep the service and sales areas clean and organized
7. Assist with other daily store operations as needed

Schedule:
1. 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
2. Thursdays are fixed days off
3. One additional rotating day off each week
4. Weekend availability is required

Compensation and Employment Coverage:

1. $19.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications
2. Workers’ compensation insurance provided as required by law
