Yes, if you are in the business and do have a drywall lift, the first 2 drywall pieces can be installed with that. the last one closest to the top can still be used with someone at the upper open 'loft' level floor to aid holding. Also, a lot of people use the very simple tool(s) of creating 2x4x2, 2x4x8, 2x4x12, etc. and build lumber (stud) T's to hold up drywall as needed such as the photo attached (also found on Youtube for hanging drywall yourself).

I want to add: If I ever find a contractor or drywaller whose IQ is 130 or higher (higher than mine) and comprehends this is one the the easiest jobs ever if you are in the drywall biz and, therefore, have the tools, are strong and have even one strong helper, this job is a piece of cake.

This is a TWO MAN job as I do not want the very expensive 4 x 8 x 12 5/8" drywall CUT AT ALL width wise/sideways making more seams than necessary (except at top where it's too long by 1') This should make the cutting/taping/mudding MUCH easier. Please see drawing of what I want the layout to be. Joists are already 24" o/c. The 4 x 8 x12 sheets are in mint condition so a smooth finished wall will not be hard to do I do not want any texturing. I want a smooth wall.

The 4 x 8 x 12 fit the joists perfectly with minimal cutting, mudding or taping and that's what I want. It would actually work for them going left to right east west or north to south top to bottom Those who suggest lighter drywall I guarantee will warp over time with joists 24" o/c apart. I do not want anyone to cut these boards into smaller pieces as you would have to add bracing behind and more mud and tape and that takes more time and money. And, I don't want to see any visible drywall/mud seams when job is complete.

I have purchased ALL materials (not drywall tools as you should already have them if you do this job on a regular basis)
All materials are already in the space but the drywall which is on the driveway. Right gate affords easy access straight through
to the back yard leading to the 36" w sliding door opening.

4 total 1' cuts and one 11' cut. That's it. All the rest fits in place with no other cuts.
Mud and tape 3 11' straight lengths and caulk the perimeter.

Easy access to 8' high wall and even easy access to 15' high slanted top via the open 'loft' room above

ALL the intel you need on the job is here and in the photos. READ the details, look at the photos, drawings, give me a bid or close estimate - this is a REALLY straightforward job.

Smooth walls not textured - any good mud/tape guy can make this work with the minimal seams I am proposing. There can be
NO visible mud or drywall seams after painting.

*I know this job is small and straightforward.
*It is a 13-1/2' x 11' space to cover - under 160 square feet total.
*It would take only 3 full 4' x 12' 5/8" drywall boards with 1 ea 1' straight line snapped or cut across the top of each and
then only 1 other 18-1/2" wide board cut along the top and 1 cut down the length
*That gives 6 straight lines of mud and tape and, then caulking along the perimeters
* 2 each 2 x 4 x11s have to be attached to the walls for the drywall to attach to. That should be the only framing needed if we use
5/8" drywall, right?
*The room is empty with easy access from the yard
*The taller portion of the ceiling can be completely accessed across the length from the open loft room upstairs

And, if you do also have all of your own drywall tools and lift or scaffolding or ladders (I have 1 6’ and 1 10’ you can use)
And I believe, including ‘stuffed in’ insulation (I do have a hand held and electric stapler with staples if you decide to use them), 5 drywall pieces, minimal mudding/taping and caulking which can and should easily be done in 6-8 hours:

I also hace 23" wide rolled insulation to simply be stuffed into place and covered by drywall - no stapling if not needed

What will you charge me for labor only to complete the installation of drywall, mud/tape and sand ready for painting

I also have ceiling paint and all paint supplies if you want to add an extra line item for doing that as well.

If you do this kind of work, I am assuming you already have the standard small tools such as a joint knife, drywall blade (sharp), taping knife, trowel, mud pan, hawk, drywall sanding sheet holder some sort of tarps.
