Easy Company is looking for motivated and dependable Driver\Lead's and Movers to join our team! What you do matters, is important, and combines the responsibilities of safe, efficient driving with physical moving tasks, ensuring our clients’ belongings are transported securely and handled with care.

As a Driver/Mover, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service while managing the logistics of loading, unloading, and route driving. *Perks*

Heavy item fee bonus - heavy item fee is split 100% between the team that moves the piece. Example: if we charge the client $300 to move an upright piano, that would be an additional $150\each to the two teammates that moved it.

Weekend minimum - we charge a 4 hour minimum on the weekend per WA state UTC regulations. Even if the job only goes 2.5 hours, you will still be paid for 4 since we charged that to the customer.

Outstanding tips - expect to earn much more than your hourly rate average per week. Example: if you make $25\hr, with tips it will actually be more like $30 - $40 per hour. This is highly dependent on your skills and customer service!

Furniture from jobs - sometimes the customers give away all kinds of things, from TVs to couches!

Damage protection coverage bonus(Driver\Leads) - 15% commission if you sell coverage on a move.

*Duties*

-Safely operate box trucks ranging from 16' cabovers to 26' standard cabs to transport clients' belongings.
-Load and unload items using heavy lifting techniques while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
-Assist customers with their belongings, providing excellent customer service throughout the moving process.
-Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet scheduled timelines and optimize fuel usage.
-Ensure all cargo is secured properly before transit and during stops to prevent damage or accidents.
-Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure safety and compliance.

*Qualifications*

-(Drivers) DOT Physical
-(Drivers) MVR
-Proven experience as a delivery driver or mover, with familiarity in route driving and load\unload procedures.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with driver or courier roles highly preferred.
-Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques.
-Ability to operate medium duty trucks safely and confidently.
-Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, moving furniture or equipment repeatedly throughout the day.
-Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
-Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards at all times.
-Must be able to pass a background check post interview.
