Egress Window helper,crew hands

Egress window company looking for individual skilled sub contractors for egress window installations,
Must have experience in this trade,fast pace,outside year round,rain ,snow,heat,cold.
Concrete cutting ,framing,lifting plywood,must lifts up to 50# is a must!!!!
Certificate of insurance and /1099 paperwork is a must
Must be able to meet at different job locations,3/4 work week.
