Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, safety-focused Residential Electrician (EL02) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Washington EL02 certification, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and experience with residential wiring, service upgrades, and code-compliant installations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance (lighting, outlets, panels, circuits, EV chargers, etc.)
-Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues safely and efficiently
-Read and interpret residential blueprints and wiring diagrams
-Install and upgrade service panels and breakers per NEC/Washington code
-Communicate clearly with homeowners about scope, timelines, and pricing
-Complete accurate job documentation, time sheets, and material reports
-Maintain clean, organized work sites and company vehicles
-Follow all safety policies and participate in safety trainings

Required Qualifications:
-Washington EL02 electrician license (current and in good standing) — or eligible to transfer/obtain
-Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and state/local codes
-Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
-Good communication and customer-service skills
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics/crawlspaces, and perform physical tasks safely
