ELECTRIANS WANTED. Commercial and residential

We are currently looking to hire a skilled journey level electrician with atleast 3-4 years of solid experience in both commercial and residential work.
Currently looking for a foremen with extensive TI experience (multifamily experience a plus)

We primarily focus on mulitfamily/apartment new construction projects and commerical TI and new construction.

Candidate MUSTs

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Posses own tools such as bags, cordless impact, drill, saw-zall, screwdrivers, bits, plyers, lineman, strippers etc.
• Strong work ethic and not wasting company time
• Ability to work with a team and take direction
• Be a producer on the clock
• Knowledge and understand of the national electric and local codes
• Understand the current applications of electrical of today. Not 10 years ago
• Ability to read and understand plans
• Ability to complete tasks 100% and not leave open items and pickup work
• Ability to be on time everyday
• Must understand construction safety and follow all safety rules at all times. We are a zero tolerance company on safety violations. Hard hats and vests will be worn at all times on all sites. NO MATTER WHAT!

-Must be able to pay attention to DETAIL at all times.

You must have your own tools and transportation to and from the site. All workers show up directly to the job site assigned for that day or week.
Must be able to physically handle a hard days work and be in a physical condition with the ability to lift, carry, stand, walk, crouch, bend, without assistance.

Pay is based on experience and skill level along with the aptitude and knowledge in the trade across the board.
