Electrical Contractor Needed – Hotel Electrical Upgrades

Seeking a licensed electrical contractor to perform electrical upgrades at an operating hotel.

Scope of Work:

Install eight (8) new circuit breakers in various electrical panels to support new mini-split A/C systems.
Remove and replace three (3) existing circuit breakers.
Perform any additional electrical line work required to complete the installation.

Project Requirements:

Work must be planned to minimize power interruptions and avoid prolonged shutdowns.
The project may be completed in four phases to accommodate hotel operations.
Contractor must hold all required licenses and comply with applicable electrical codes.

Budget:

Estimated labor cost: $5,000–$15,000.
Materials may be owner-furnished or contractor-supplied, depending on the proposal.
