X3 is hiring an experienced Electrical Estimator to support large-scale industrial and commercial electrical projects. If you have experience estimating electrical scopes, performing takeoffs, reviewing drawings, and building accurate bids, we want to talk with you. This is a full-time opportunity supporting EPC power infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission, and distribution systems. What You Will Do

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates including quantity takeoffs, labor units, material pricing, and subcontractor quotes
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and addendums to identify project requirements
• Develop accurate bids from concept through final submission
• Maintain pricing and estimating databases using ConEst IntelliBid
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams on project scope and labor assumptions
• Request and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Support estimating processes and mentor junior estimators

What You Need

• 3–7 years of industrial electrical estimating experience
• Experience with electrical construction projects (substation experience highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents
• Experience with estimating software such as ConEst IntelliBid, Trimble Accubid, or McCormick
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and PDF markup tools
• Understanding of job costing, labor units, markup, and profitability

• Electrical field experience as a Journeyman Electrician is highly valued
